What we couldn't stop was the demand. We've gotten the calls, the emails, the "are you doing it this year?" messages that still come in. This page is our answer. Everything here is tested by our team, graded by condition, and priced to move. No parking required, no waiting for June. Are All Sales Final?

Yes, all purchases from The MSE Lot are final. Because every item is individually inspected and priced to reflect its condition, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review the condition description carefully before purchasing.

Can I buy a lot item and a regular item in the same order?

Yes, you can add both to your cart and check out together. Shipping for 95% of products on the msegrip.com is free for domestic customers excluding AK, HI, and PR. If your order contains items with different handling requirements, we may reach out to confirm before shipping.

Is Expedited Shipping Available?

Expedited shipping is available - please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Do not place an order expecting expedited shipping without confirming with us first. Expedited shipping carries additional charges.

What if a product I want is listed as a variant?

Some Lot items share a SKU with a current product and will appear as a condition variant on that product page. Select the appropriate condition and the price will update to reflect the Lot item's grade.

What does each condition grade mean?

Like New - Open Box: unboxed but never used in production. Certified Repair: inspected and serviced by our in-house technicians, performs to spec. Like New - Obsolete: discontinued model in pristine condition. Road Worn: cosmetic scratches or blemishes, fully functional priced accordingly.

Does my purchase come with a warranty?

Road Worn and Obsolete Lot items are sold as-is and are not covered by our standard product warranty. Certified Repair units have been serviced and verified by our techs, and carry a 90-day manufacturer's warranty. Open Box items are covered by our standard warranty. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes - local pickup is available at our Burbank, CA facility, but all purchases must be completed online before pickup. We cannot process MSE Lot sales at our location. After placing your order, contact us and we'll coordinate a pickup time.

Has this gear been tested?

Yes. Every item listed in The MSE Lot has been tested by our team before listing. Certified Repair units have been inspected and serviced. Road Worn items are confirmed fully functional - their condition refers only to cosmetic appearance.

Do items ship from stock or are they built to order?

All lot items ship from existing inventory at our Burbank, CA facility. Quantities are limited and not replenished - once they're gone, they're gone.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation. This is separate from the item's listed condition. Transit damage is not the same as Road Worn.
