RETURN POLICY
Matthews Studio Equipment, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.

Obtaining an RMA Number:
- Before returning any item, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Call us at 1.818.843.6715 and provide your invoice number along with the reason for the return.
- Upon approval, you will receive an RMA number, valid for 10 days, which must be clearly visible on the outside of your return package.

- Only 'New' products are eligible for returns. We do not accept previously owned products.

Refund processing time
- After the confirmation that the RMA has been received and confirmed 'NEW' the customer will receive a refund within 30 days.
