Wholesale Ordering

Welcome to the Matthews wholesale ordering page! We are excited to support you with our online tools and look forward to serving you however you need. Please review the tutorial below and feel free to reach out with any questions on the order process. 

Please note - it is important that once you have finished placing your purchase order online, email a copy of your PO to your Matthews Account Manager for verification.

Sign in to your account using the login credentials provided to you. Access sign in via the people icon on the top right of the page.

 

You will have two options to order products.

Option 1:

  1. Navigate to the item you want using the Products drop-down menu.
  2. Select the item to go to the product page. Note that your discount will be applied to the price shown on the website when you are signed in.
  3. Click Add to Cart from the product page. If an item is not currently in stock, this button will say "In Production", and you may still place your order. Lead times for these items are typically six weeks or less.
  4. When finished adding product, verify the product selection and quantity are correct.
  5. Select 'Wholesale Checkout' and note that 'Shipping costs will be calculated and charged at the time of shipment, based on actual rates.'

 

Option 2:

  1. Select Quick Order Form: USA Stop from the red bar underneath the menu navigation bar.
  2. Type in the SKU of the product you wish to order and add the quantity from the subsequent list. If an item is not currently in stock, it will be listed as "In Production" on the product page, and you may still place your order. Lead times for these items are typically six weeks or less.
  3. Click Update cart to add the item to your list.
  4. Select View Cart to review your selection.
  5. Verify the product selection and quantity are correct. 
  6. Select 'Wholesale Checkout' and note that 'Shipping costs will be calculated and charged at the time of shipment, based on actual rate.'

Please note that customers in Canada will have access to select stock warehoused in their country. We are working to expand this program and look forward to bringing warehoused stock to your location. Please contact us for more information.

 

Wholesale Check Out Page:

In the Wholesale Check out page please note that 'Your payment method will be processed based on the terms outline in your agreement.' 

  1. Use Order Note to provide freight account number and shipping instructions.
  2. Indicate if the order is a rush shipment.
  3. Please note we are able to process same-day rush orders if they arrive before 10am PT. Any rush orders placed after 10am PT may not ship in time.
  4. Note if the order is drop ship.
  5. Add your Purchase Order number to order.
  6. Select a delivery option - Shipping or Pickup.
  7. Pickup orders received before 10am may be eligible for same-day pickup - please contact your Account Manager for this option.
  8. Select Payment Option and choose 'Payment processed per agreement.'
  9. Enter the Shipping address for the order. If you have saved addresses you will be able to select your default address for the shipment.
  10. Click continue.
  11. On the review page, double check and confirm your contact information and the ship to address.
  12. Review cart items to confirm they are correct and that the pricing is good.
  13. Click Place Order to send the order to the Matthews team.
  14. Email a copy of your purchase order to your Matthews Account Manager.

Please note shipping method shown at this stage of the order is ‘Flat rate shipping’ and free by default. This does not mean shipping is free. Shipping method must be communicated to Matthews via the order notes or directly through your Matthews Account Manager.

Billing Address will default to the main address on file with our accounting department at the time of dealer application. This address may not be changed and will be the address on your invoice for payment.

IMPORTANT STEP

Please submit a copy of your purchase order to your Matthews Account Manager via email. Please be sure to note any exceptions to standard ground shipping i.e. rush shipments. Confirm the shipping and billing address matches your entry. Indicate if special handling is required and include your freight account number and contact information for your freight broker and forwarder if necessary.

It is important that you give us your shipping instructions at the time of the order. Shipments without freight instructions will ship via UPS or FEDEX ground or via freight forwarder. It is your responsibility to give shipping instructions at the time of order if you wish to have it shipped a specific way.
