Matthews is proud to introduce our first aluminum grid clamp collection, engineered for the demanding needs of both live production and cinema & television while delivering legendary strength and reliability. These lightweight aluminum clamps are CE/TUV Certified and make rigging faster and logistics easier without compromising on performance. Whether you're hanging fixtures or configuring complex pipe grids, our aluminum grid clamps deliver professional-grade strength in a touring-friendly package. The collection includes four versatile options: a standard clamp with 3/8"-16 bolt for hanging par cans and similar fixtures, a fixed right angle clamp for joining two pipes at 90 degrees when building grids or pipe structures, a swivel clamp that adjusts to accommodate varying angles in your pipe grid configurations, and a clamp with a 5/8" baby pin. A highlighted feature of the baby pin grid clamp is a steel baby pin with a safety hole and knurled undercut, that will stand up to constant use and is also tapped with industry-standard 1/4"-20 female thread, making the clamp even more versatile. From touring productions to permanent installations, Matthews Aluminum Grid Clamps deliver the strength you need with the weight savings you want. Matthews Aluminum Grid Clamps mount to 1.5" (38mm) to 2" (51mm) OD tubing. The Swivel and Right Angle Aluminum Grid Clamps have a weight capacity of up to 1100lbs or (500kg), while the Baby Pin and 3/8"-16 Aluminum Grid Clamps have a weight capacity of up to 660lbs (300kg).
