It looks great but it did not solve my issue

The product looks great but it did not fit the intended pin it’s supposed to screw into to lock it in. This was recommended by an advisor who responded to my request via the Matthew’s help portal. Now I’m thinking that the pin is the issue and that’s why my boom arrived without the T-handle.
